PainChek® is currently used in over 620 aged care facilities globally. Through training workshops and remote eLearning platform, nearly 4,000 staff are now trained and registered to use PainChek®.

The case studies provided here serve to demonstrate how PainChek® has transformed pain management in residential aged care homes across both Australia and in the UK. They share the numerous benefits including, quality and funding, improved resident behaviour and comfort as well as a more accurate diagnosis and treatment. As a digitally driven operation, this also ensures real time administration as well as saving considerable staff time to input the data. Finally, and at a time of increased concern for the elderly given COVID-19, PainChek® can be trained and used whilst complying with current social distancing measures.
